Wazocredits Loan Agreement

This agreement is between Adaeze Okafor (the "Borrower") and Wazocredits Ltd (the "Lender") regarding a personal loan facility of ₦500,000 with a tenure of 6 months at 2.0% monthly interest.

1. The Borrower agrees to repay the loan in 6 equal monthly installments of ₦93,333 commencing on the agreed first repayment date.

2. Early repayments are accepted without penalty. Missed payments may attract a late fee of 1% per week, capped at 8% of the outstanding amount.

3. By signing, the Borrower authorizes Wazocredits to debit the linked bank account on scheduled repayment dates.

4. The Lender will report repayment behavior to the relevant credit bureaus in line with CBN guidelines.

I have read and agree to the loan terms, repayment schedule, and authorize direct debits as described.
